基于一体化平台的信息孤岛问题解决方案

摘要： 当前，在企业数字化转型发展浪潮的推动下，以云计算、大数据、人工智能为代表的新一轮技术正在不断地颠覆传统企业信息化建设。介绍了企业信息化建设现状和存在的问题，针对企业信息化建设过程中缺乏合适的建设指导方案现状，分析了传统解决方案的特点和数据中台解决方案特点。针对应用系统烟囱林立和信息孤岛问题，提出了一体化平台解决方案，为企业信息化建设和数字化转型提供一种建设方案参考。

Abstract： At present, driven by the development of enterprises digital transformation, a new round of technologies such as cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence are constantly overturning the traditional enterprise information-based construction. This paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of enterprise information-based，and analyzes solutions′ traits of traditional solutions and data platform, in view of the lack of appropriate construction guidelines in the process of enterprise information-based construction. An integrated platform′ solution is proposed to deal with applications and information isolated island, and to supply a reference of construction project to enterprise information-based construction and digital transformation.

0 引言
當(dāng)前，企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型正處于企業(yè)實體與新興信息技術(shù)深度融合、創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的新階段。黨的十九大報告指出，以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算、人工智能等為代表的技術(shù)極大發(fā)揮了信息對提升經(jīng)濟效率的重要作用，積極帶動了我國經(jīng)濟裝型升級，成為重要經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新動能[1]。國務(wù)院國資委在2020年印發(fā)的《關(guān)于加快國有企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型工作的通知》就推動國有企業(yè)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型做出全面部署，通知指出，國有企業(yè)要以堅持數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動為主要原則，實現(xiàn)信息化管控進一步向協(xié)同化、精準(zhǔn)化、高效化轉(zhuǎn)變。
