基于频谱的机场周边宽带电磁干扰源识别

摘要: 为了识别机场周边电磁干扰源,对多种干扰进行频谱数据采集,基于干扰源物理特性,进行人工特征提取,选取包络峰值、频谱能量、变异系数组合成识别特征集。使用熵值法衡量特征集的离散度,突出类内特征值集中、类间差异大的特征值点,赋权得到一个双加权的特征模板。将每个特征模板映射为高维空间的一个点,计算模板点与测试点的欧式距离,使用均值方差法进行阈值划分,用模板匹配的方法进行模式识别。实验结果说明此方法性能稳定,且快速高效,对机场周边的宽带电磁干扰源识别率高,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract: In order to identify the electromagnetic interference sources around the airport,the spectrum data of various interference sources around airports are collected. The characteristics of interference sources are summarized and artificial features are carried out. The peak value, spectrum energy and coefficient of variation are selected as identification features. Entropy method is used to measure the discreteness of feature set, and the feature points with similar feature values within class and big differences between classes are highlighted. Finally, a double weighted feature template is obtained by weighting. Each feature template is mapped to a point in the high-dimensional space, the Euclidean distance between the template point and the test point is calculated, the threshold is divided by the mean variance method, and the pattern recognition is carried out by the template matching method. The experimental results show that this method is stable, fast and efficient, and has a high recognition rate of wide-band EMI sources, which has practical value for interference sources identification around the airport.

0 引言

    近些年來(lái),各種電子電氣化設(shè)備和信息技術(shù)設(shè)施的快速發(fā)展,民航通信導(dǎo)航設(shè)備的電磁環(huán)境日趨復(fù)雜[1-2]電磁干擾問(wèn)題越發(fā)頻繁。通導(dǎo)設(shè)備的電磁干擾從頻帶特征上可分為兩類。第一,窄帶干擾。例如“黑廣播”或各類交互調(diào)等引發(fā)的干擾等,由于頻譜峰值明顯,目標(biāo)方向明確,較容易識(shí)別,干擾源排查總體上有章可循,利用現(xiàn)有的無(wú)線電監(jiān)測(cè)體系,憑借現(xiàn)有頻譜備案數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合排查人員的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),都能實(shí)現(xiàn)干擾類型判斷和快速定位[3]。第二,寬帶干擾。如電氣化列車弓網(wǎng)電弧、高壓線電暈、街燈廣告牌、機(jī)場(chǎng)監(jiān)控設(shè)備老化、信號(hào)干擾器等所產(chǎn)生的輻射發(fā)射,多為新型干擾源。由于此類干擾源特征不易把握,且干擾數(shù)據(jù)難以系統(tǒng)地采集,目前還未有切實(shí)有效的干擾源識(shí)別方案。一旦發(fā)生干擾,對(duì)于大范圍復(fù)雜電磁環(huán)境的排查研究,通常需要處理海量數(shù)據(jù),提取干擾發(fā)生的時(shí)間和頻點(diǎn)等報(bào)表信息、監(jiān)聽(tīng)信號(hào)的內(nèi)容等方法,獲取有價(jià)值的信息,再利用手持式儀器進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)排查干擾,逐步縮小干擾范圍[4-5],排查干擾源耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)。若能快速判斷干擾源類型,就能極大地縮小排查范圍,從而快速地解決電磁干擾問(wèn)題,保障機(jī)場(chǎng)通導(dǎo)設(shè)備的安全服役。

    干擾源排查通常采集的是頻譜數(shù)據(jù),但是目前基于頻譜進(jìn)行目標(biāo)識(shí)別的實(shí)用性研究較淺,且無(wú)針對(duì)性,無(wú)法對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)的電磁干擾源進(jìn)行識(shí)別。為準(zhǔn)確把握干擾源特征,設(shè)計(jì)一種快速識(shí)別干擾源的方案,首先對(duì)典型的機(jī)場(chǎng)寬帶電磁干擾源進(jìn)行了頻譜數(shù)據(jù)采集,對(duì)不易把握特征的電磁干擾信號(hào)進(jìn)行頻譜分析,基于電磁波頻譜本身具有的物理特征,進(jìn)行人工特征選擇,規(guī)避在機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)中,所提取的特征“黑箱”難以解釋的弊端,方便實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)試。采用熵值法,在類內(nèi)類間賦予雙重權(quán)值,使特征具有區(qū)分度,最后使用模板匹配的方法進(jìn)行模式識(shí)別[6-7]。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果說(shuō)明此方法對(duì)干擾源的識(shí)別率高,對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)的電磁干擾排查具有實(shí)用價(jià)值。
