基于智能电表的电器用电量分类计量方法研究

摘要: 随着电力需求侧对于用电管理的重视度提升,只提供用户总电量计量的电表已无法满足人们的要求,为此,开创性地提出了在通用电表上实现用电器用电量分类计量方法。该方法利用电表的数据采集及处理功能获取用电器特征后,将该暂态告警信息上传至云端与预先建立的SVM模型进行类别匹配,从而判定用电器类型及相应的用户操作,同时将识别结果及告警时间存入数据库,后续通过分类计量策略实现各类用电器单独的耗能量计算。实例验证了该方法的准确性及可靠性,该方法具有较大实际应用价值。

Research on electricity consumption classification and measurment method based on smart meter

Abstract: With the increasing attention of power demand side to power consumption management, the electric meter that only provides the total electricity consumption of the users can no longer meet the requirements of people.Therefore, this paper creatively put forward a method that realized the classification of the electricity consumption of the electric appliance on the universal electric meter.After obtaining the characteristics of the electrical appliance by using the data collection and processing function of the electric meter,the transient alarm information is uploaded to the cloud and matched with the preestablished SVM model for class matching,thereby the type of the electrical appliance and the corresponding user operation can be determined,and simultaneously the identification results and alert time are stored in the database.The energy consumption calculation of each type of electrical appliances is realized through the classification measurement strategy.The accuracy and reliability of the method are verified by examples. This method has great practical application value.

0     引言

智能電表是智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的基石,也是各家各戶用電計量終端及用電信息中轉(zhuǎn)站,為實現(xiàn)需求側(cè)管理提供了重要保障。當前,智能電表已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)分時計量策略,即按高峰用電和低谷用電分別計算電費,但提供的信息有限,雖能在一定程度上規(guī)范用戶合理用電,但還未實現(xiàn)家用電器用電的分類計量,不能向電力管理部門及用戶提供各類用電器的用電明細。
