一款電力物聯(lián)雙模模塊智能產(chǎn)測平臺的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

摘要: 根據(jù)國家對企業(yè)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力的戰(zhàn)略要求,同時隨著電網(wǎng)智能化的日益發(fā)展,搭載微功率無線通信通路和載波通信通路的雙模模塊的需求量逐漸增大。傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)工具存在良率不高 及智能化程度較低等問題,導致雙模模塊的生產(chǎn)和測試存在產(chǎn)能低、成本高、工序繁瑣、返工率高等問題。結(jié)合實際研發(fā)項目,闡述了一款電力物聯(lián)雙模模塊智能產(chǎn)測系統(tǒng)平臺的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)。該產(chǎn)測平臺的目的是通過運行產(chǎn)測平臺軟件,驅(qū)動硬件設(shè)備,加載預(yù)先配置的參數(shù)和測試項列表,對安裝在電網(wǎng)臺區(qū)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)場景的雙模模塊進行生產(chǎn)和測試驗證,旨在發(fā)現(xiàn)焊接故障、無線和載波功能異常等問題,同時驗證模塊的程序版本以及寫入出廠參數(shù)。產(chǎn)測平臺在硬件構(gòu)造上由多個硬件組件構(gòu)成,包括工裝箱體、被測模塊、陪測模塊、屏蔽箱、PCB表面缺陷檢測裝置、指示燈及氣動裝置、針板及托盤、工控機、服務(wù)器電腦等。產(chǎn)測平臺軟件是整個平臺功能的核心體現(xiàn)?!?

Abstract: According to the strategic requirements of the country for new quality productivity of enterprises, and with the increasing development of power grid intelligence, the demand for dual-mode modules equipped with low-power wireless communication channels and carrier communication channels is gradually increasing. 引言

通信模塊是搭載通信主芯片及其他芯片和轉(zhuǎn)換器件封裝在電路板上,實現(xiàn)數(shù)字和模擬信號轉(zhuǎn)換,經(jīng)信道進行信息傳遞的模塊化產(chǎn)品。它廣泛應(yīng)用在電力集中抄表[1]、遠程控制、負荷監(jiān)控、智能家居、安全防控等領(lǐng)域。雙模通信模塊是指擁有兩種傳輸信道的模塊[2],分別為電力線載波通信和微功率無線通信。雙模通信模塊與傳統(tǒng)單模相比,擁有更快的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率,能適應(yīng)更復雜的環(huán)境,具有更高的通信速率和應(yīng)用靈活性。電力物聯(lián)雙模模塊智能產(chǎn)測系統(tǒng)平臺是應(yīng)量產(chǎn)和測試需求而研發(fā)的一款智能設(shè)備[3]。它基于雙模通信模塊的技術(shù)特點,包含多種軟硬件組件,完成對模塊的性能及功能的檢驗。它通過系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用軟件有效地驅(qū)動、管理各種軟硬件組件,使其有效集成并有序地完成生產(chǎn)和測試任務(wù)。
