Calculating the building size based on axis grid clustering

Abstract: Due to the low efficiency, easy omission or misjudgment of manual inspection, automatic drawing review based on BIM models has received increasing attention, and how to automatically calculate building size is one of the key issues. In this paper, a new method for calculating key building size is proposed. Firstly, through intelligent clustering analysis of the axis grid in the Revit model, the geometric relationships and spatial layouts of various building units in complex building structures are automatically identified and organized. Then, the relevant elevations of the specified building are filtered out through regular expressions and the type is determined. Finally, by comparing the area of the roof layer and the roof of the computer room, the accurate building height can be obtained. The testing in actual engineering scenarios on the Revit platform verifies that the proposed method can enhance the consistency and accuracy of BIM model data.

引言
當(dāng)前,建筑信息模型(Building Information Model,BIM)技術(shù)已經(jīng)從概念階段發(fā)展為實際項目管理與設(shè)計的核心工具[1]。在這一背景下,進一步完善BIM模型的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,有助于保證建設(shè)生命周期內(nèi)信息傳遞的一致性與準(zhǔn)確性[2]。由于人工檢查存在效率低、易遺漏或誤判等問題,BIM模型驅(qū)動的自動化圖紙審查受到越來越多的關(guān)注,如何自動計算樓棟尺寸成為其中的關(guān)鍵問題之一[3-4]。作為在BIM模型的重要部分,樓棟尺寸提供了建筑物各樓層、柱梁、墻體等組件在幾何特征、空間關(guān)系等方面的信息[5-6]。獲取到精精的樓棟尺寸,有助于實現(xiàn)自動優(yōu)化設(shè)計、自動排布、沖突檢測、施工模擬、性能分析、合規(guī)性檢查等[7-10],進而提升項目的整體質(zhì)量控制和合規(guī)性水平。因此,本文旨在研究一種創(chuàng)新的Revit擴展開發(fā)技術(shù),聚焦于在建筑設(shè)計階段實現(xiàn)樓棟尺寸計算自動化。采用智能聚類分析技術(shù)處理Revit模型中的軸網(wǎng)信息,利用算法自動識別并組織復(fù)雜建筑結(jié)構(gòu)中各個樓棟單元之間的幾何關(guān)聯(lián)及空間配置,并借助Revit API和正則匹配,獲取到精確的樓棟尺寸。通過這種方法論的探索和實施,不僅能夠在建筑設(shè)計初期階段有效提升工作效率,降低人為失誤,還能夠為后續(xù)的施工深化設(shè)計、規(guī)范條文制定提供更為嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)臄?shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)和技術(shù)支撐,助力推動整個建筑業(yè)邁向更高效、更精準(zhǔn)的設(shè)計與建造新紀(jì)元。
