基于地感线圈的车辆驶入检测电路设计及仿真

摘要: 交通物联网领域存在对道路车流信息监测的业务需求,将地感线圈布设于道路上可以感知车辆驶入的信息,为交通物联网提供初始数据。针对地感线圈工作场景,阐述了地感线圈工作原理。在此基础上,设计了一种基于地感线圈的车辆驶入检测信号的电路。该信号采集电路主要由调谐振荡电路、波形整形电路、微处理器等部分组成,介绍了各模块的设计要点。通过PSpice软件仿真表明该电路可有效采集地感线圈状态值变化,从而检测车辆驶入,在交通物联网领域具有较高的实用价值和应用前景。

Design and simulation of vehicle entry detection circuit based on ground induction coil

Abstract: In the field of traffic Internet of Things, there is a business demand for road traffic flow information monitoring. The ground sensing coil is arranged on the road to sense the information of vehicles entering and provide initial data for the traffic Internet of Things. According to the working scene of ground induction coil, the working principle of ground induction coil is described. On this basis, a circuit of vehicle entry detection signal based on ground induction coil is designed. The signal acquisition circuit is mainly composed of tuning oscillation circuit, waveform shaping circuit and microprocessor. The design points of each module are introduced. PSpice software simulation shows that the circuit can effectively collect the state value change of ground sensing coil, so as to detect vehicle entry. It has high practical value and application prospect in the field of traffic Internet of Things.

0 引言

    隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、云計(jì)算等技術(shù)的發(fā)展,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于交通行業(yè)[1]。根據(jù)不同的應(yīng)用場景,有各式各樣的傳感器來滿足其應(yīng)用需求。常見的交通物聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳感器包括射頻識別類傳感器、紅外線感知類傳感器、GNSS衛(wèi)星定位類傳感器[2]、激光掃描類傳感器以及地磁感應(yīng)類傳感器。其中,地感線圈由于成本低、檢測精度較高、工程安裝便捷等特點(diǎn),具有較好的適用性[3]。當(dāng)前的研究多集中在以地感線圈作為傳感器的系統(tǒng)級別研究,針對地感線圈信號采集電路設(shè)計(jì)不多??刹捎梦⑿偷馗芯€圈,用于為交通流量調(diào)查系統(tǒng)提供車流量數(shù)據(jù)[4];同一車道布設(shè)兩個(gè)地感線圈可以進(jìn)行車輛車速的測量[5]??梢岳玫馗芯€圈作為基礎(chǔ)信號感知的輸入源,與交通信號燈進(jìn)行聯(lián)控,繼而實(shí)現(xiàn)了交通信號燈的智能化控制[6]。在交通治超領(lǐng)域,可以將地感線圈同稱重傳感器結(jié)合,作為動態(tài)稱重(Weigh In Motion,WIM)系統(tǒng)的一部分,實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛的動態(tài)稱重[7]。

    基于此,本文對地感線圈工作原理進(jìn)行了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行地感線圈信號的采集電路設(shè)計(jì),并通過PSpice軟件仿真,對設(shè)計(jì)的電路進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,可為交通物聯(lián)網(wǎng)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用起到參考與借鑒作用。
